Day 8...Ultimate Reset!!!

WOW! It's already DAY 8...the first day of the Release Phase! I'll give you more details on this phase in a post later this afternoon....running late this AM :)

I felt absolutely amazing today! I thought I was going to feel a little hungry after eating oatmeal and eggs and toast for breakfast for pretty much the last 7 days, but surprisingly I didn't feel that hungry at all! WOOHOO!  Here is what today entailed:

So, I'm not going to lie....the Detox mix above....the BROWN one w/ the stuff settling at the bottom is definitely NOT on my top 5 list of favorite things to drink, but it's manageable with very cold water and a large straw to quickly suck it down. I actually look forward to the green Alkalinize in the afternoon, you know, the one that tastes like grass. Yes, that one. It has actually become a very refreshing part of my day! LOL. I am actually going to hit up the Detox drink as soon as I finish this post and I'm not really looking forward to it! OH, and did I mention that I have to drink that 3 times per day during this phase!!???? I'm sure it will get easier, I just have an issue with certain textures. The taste really isn't that bad :)
Today's Meals:
Breakfast: fruit......YUMMY!
Lunch: microgreen salad :)
Snack: I almost forgot to add this....it was my most favorite part of the day....CHOCOLATE VEGAN  SHAKEOLOGY!!!! YUMMMMM
Dinner: brown rice and pinto beans w/ a side of green beans

As promised, here are my Day 1- Day 7 results and pics:

Now remember, my main goal is NOT to lose a lot of weight...I am doing this mainly for health reasons, to stop having constant stomach problems like cramping, bloating and burning, and to be REGULAR, but hey, I'll take the loss of a few lbs of "fluff" (as I like to call it) that I put on over the holidays :) After the reset, I plan to continue with a CLEAN diet and I really think I'm going to do the whole Vegan thing. I'm pretty close to it anyway. As much as I LOVE CHEESE, I can't really do dairy; it DOESN'T"T love me :( and well, meat....I really only eat chicken, fish and turkey, and that's only if someone else makes it for me.                      

Ok, Here it goes: MEASUREMENTS
We measured in centimeters, but I just converted everything to inches. The amounts are very small per measured area, so I added them all together (R & L arms, R & L thighs, hips, waist, bum, bust and bra line)..... a total of...........
                                               5.0 inches lost!
I will try to insert a chart later comparing each measured area, but I can't figure that out at the moment.

I am pretty excited about my results, mainly because of the way I feel! I was never much of a coffee drinker, but about once a week, I'd get the overwhelming feeling that if I didn't have it, I'd NEVER make it through my day with 18 kids! LOL. Even knowing it never really did much for me but make me stutter, give me anxiety and draw a blank when calling on students like I didn't know their names, I would have it anyway! My kids would even ask, "Ms. Macrina, are you on coffee today?!" OMG!!! That's a sign....DON'T DRINK IT! Anyway, the great energy I had today....was just awesome! It was a very positive and productive day! And I even went to be before midnight, slept through the entire night AND woke up 5 minutes WIDE AWAKE before my alarm clock!!!!
