Day 5...Ultimate Reset

WOW! What a much better day! Today was my first day back at work after 2 weeks off. I felt very calm and surprisingly had a great deal of energy! I was very thankful the 1st time I did the Reset that it wasn't during the school year because I experienced headaches the first few days and thought I'd be starving throughout the school day. I did have a bit of a headache though; one of those that is a lingering constant pain in the back of the right side of my head, but it may have only lasted about an hour or two. Many times throughout my days, I feel very scatter brained...this was not the case today! During my planning period and lunch break I felt very much at ease, I wasn't starting 45 different projects at the same time and was able to start and complete a tasks without a problem :) Now THIS is what I remembered feeling like the 1st time! I was in very good spirits...no crying....LOL...and had a really good day with my students and at my 2nd job where I tutor!

Today's meals were:
Breakfast: Oatmeal with fruit (I chopped up 1/2 an apple) with 100% pure Maple Syrup, walnuts
Lunch: Micro-green salad
Snack: 1 green apple with 1 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
Dinner: Stir Fry Veggies with Gluten Free Brown Rice

I actually forgot my little bag with my supplements at home, but as I realized I forgot it, I almost grabbed an Oreo cookie that I brought for my kids (because I NEEDED to get them out of my house) because all I could think about is that I screwed up! SERIOUSLY? Forgetting the vitamins doe NOT mean to resort to cookies!! I had the willpower to say NO...I even passed out the cookies at the end of the day to my students and at that point wasn't even craving. I'm so glad to be at this point again!

As far as my stomach issues go....things are going much better. I don't have any cramping, burning or bloating! The only issue I am having is that I'm still not quite "regular" which should straighten out over the next couple of days. I will once again determine if I need to rule out a certain food from my diet that I absolutely love....Peanut Butter.....I really think this love affair will have to come to an end. I'm not sure, but I think it constipates me. EEK! I guess I should probably look into this, or may just self-diagnose for the next two weeks as this is one of the things that will be cut out from here on out!
